With the TR-004 USB 3.0 RAID expansion enclosure you can expand the capacity of your QNAP NAS and your PC. The TR-004 can also be used as a direct-attached storage (DAS) device so that you can access the content directly by simply connecting the device via USB. The TR-004 is equipped with four 3.5-inch SATA drive slots and offers multiple RAID configuration options. The USB 3.0 Type C connection offers you an extremely reliable and safe solution for expanding capacity.

The TR-004 is an ideal solution for expanding storage for PCs, especially for laptops in which larger disks with higher capacity cannot be installed. The TR-004 is equipped with four 3.5-inch SATA drive slots and supports RAID configuration. The device thus offers the possibility of storing a huge amount of files and data and it offers protection against possible disk errors.

- Make backup copies directly from the TR-004 to the NAS using the one-touch-copy button.(Requires a QNAP NAS with one touch copy button when used in external drive mode. This feature is available in 2019 Q2.)
